A straw colored wine with aromas of honey and green apple. Enters the palate crisp, dry, and refreshing with honey, then continues as a smooth citrus medley with apricot, green apple and notes of linden. The wine finishes balanced. Serve this wine with soft ripened brie, Kalamata olives, Bing cherries, pears and your favorite crackers. Pairs well with shrimp cocktail, seafood and light pastas. Avoid citrus fruits or tomato based recipes.

100% Pommard clone planted in 1998.  2008 is a great vintage! Left in neutral oak barrels an extra year to present richer aromas and flavor.  A cinnamon color wine bringing soft berry flavors when it enters the palate. A silky feel on the roof of your mouth with an elusive finish of violet.

Pinot Noir is a great dinner wine with lamb, fish, pasta, and our favorite...Salmon.

This varietal is a blend of dry farmed Wadenswill and Pommard clones planted in 1998. The wine bursts with black currants and cherry flavors with subtle notes of licorice. The wine has aromas of pepper and raspberry with a finish of toast and violet. 

Pinot Noir is a great dinner wine with lamb, fish, pasta, and our favorite . . . Salmon.

This award winning varietal is a blend of dry farmed Wadenswill (1998) and Dijon (1983) clones of Pinot Noir.  The wine has aged to a velvety smooth feel, displaying aromas of dark cherries and currants. And introducing a well-balanced and complex palate of black cherry, cola and graham flavors. This pinot finishes with a hint of cinnamon.

A brilliant straw colored wine with hints of orange blossom, lychee and violet aromas. The wine enters the palate with a refreshing smooth citrus and light apricot flavor, and a hint of honey. It finishes with balanced character and a silk like impression. You might note some lemon-lime.

Serve this wine with a mix of soft ripened brie, Kalamata olives, Bing cherries, pears and your favorite crackers. Pairs well with shrimp cocktail, seafood and light pastas. Avoid citrus fruits or tomato based recipes.

This wine was made with Riesling from vines that are dry farmed and planted in 1983.  This is a spectacular dessert wine.  Gold in color.  Aromas of orange and honey, somewhat floral.  A rich, sweet balanced medley of apricots, oranges, peach and honeysuckle with a crisp acidity.  Smooth, lingering finish.  Pairs with creme cheeses, fresh fruit, roasted pecans and pumpkin pie.

This varietal comes from dry farmed vines planted in 1983. A light gold color with floral and honeysuckle aromas. This wine is crisp and clean with light, green apple flavor and hints of minerals representing the terroir. A smooth long finish leaves you with a splash of residual sugars and yearning for another sip.

This varietal is made from dry farmed vines planted in 1983. The wine has an exotic perfume of lychee and rose with subdued notes of melon. Flavors on entry include hints of melon and honey, lingering taste of cloves and cinnamon, with a subtle sweetness and crisp acidity to finish. Pair this beauty with pork, turkey, egg-based tarts, cheeses and spicy sweets.

The grapes to produce this wine were sourced from a neighboring vineyard. The wine was aged in oak barrels. It has a mild scent of mushroom and enters the palate with honey and has a bold finish of citrus spice. Pairs well with spicy appetizers, light meals, seafood and pastas.
